Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 124 (1 cement 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 1. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate, interior finishing distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade 1. new work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing t-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge, finishing works distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade, annual mtc. work for water supply
