pillow cover for third ac coaches conforming to the specification described below i) size 66 x 41cms with border of 2.5 cms, all-four-sides, with interlocking to be provided, over and above the basic size of 66 x41, thus resulting into an overall size of 71 x 46 cms. ii) material conforming to variety no.12, is7452003 withlatest revision/ amendments. iii) screen printing of "central railway", mm/yy (month & year of manufacture) inenglish, "madhya rail" mm/yy (month & year of manufacture) in hindi, in two longitudinal (along length) strips,1.5 cms wide in bright blue colour. the strips should be 10 cms away from the longitudinal side of the pillowcover. iv) each pillow cover should be stitched by cotton thread of variety 12 as per is 1720/1978. with latestrevision/ amendments. the stitches should not be less than 4 nos. per cm. border of 3.5 cm should be providedwith interlocking.
